Aldenham Country Park

Balls Park

Hertford Castle Gardens

“Our go-to for a relaxed afternoon. The lawn in front of the castle is perfect for a picnic and a run around. The playground's a letdown for now, but the big revamp can't come soon enough.”

Panshanger Park

“A big, peaceful country park that's perfect for getting outdoors with little ones. One of our favourites for a proper walk in the fresh air.”

Van Hage Garden Centre

“A lovely spot for a wander, and our toddler loves the little train ride. Especially magical at Christmas when the decorations go up.”
